the elliptical machine got delivered today...it is a big box...evidentally, there was only ONE delivery man, so my dad had to help (I was at a friend's house.) and evidentally dad had to take a pain killer...the box is heavy, i pushed it around the room...and I had to flip it over b/c the bottom was up...and i did that one my own...go ab muscles...

it should be interesting putting it together...2mrw...I will try and remember to take some pictures!
